2025 Family Reunion Letter
Dear Family Members,
We are uniting this year in Houston, Texas. The reunion dates are from July 24 – July 27, 2025. The festivities will begin on Thursday and end on Sunday. We have reserved rooms at the Courtyard Marriott Houston Northeast. We are requesting that attendees come prepared for a fun filled weekend. A flyer will be posted at a later date that includes additional activities.

You can reserve a room by calling 281-458-3882 and identifying yourself as a member of the Pittman Family Reunion Group. Reservations must be made on or before Saturday, July 15, 2025. All Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card.
· The rooms are $141.00 plus tax per night
· The hotel offers $6 per night parking for registered guests
· The rooms are equipped with free wi-fi and there are wheelchair accessible rooms
· Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is promptly at 11:00 AM
· Breakfast buffet will be provided Saturday and Sunday. Maximum of four guest per double queen room and two guest per king room.

* Meet and Greet - Join us for a warm and engaging gathering where we will kick off our reunion with good company and conversation. We will have a panel discussion focused on the importance of family investments and strategies for building generational wealth. This is a great opportunity to learn from each other and share insights. Also, we will have a recipe workshop as well.

Payments
Payments for the Pittman Family Reunion are due on April 15, 2025, and will be accepted now if feasible. If your payment is postmarked after April 15, 2025, you must include a late fee of $10 per person. You can make your payment by mailing the completed Reunion Registration Form with a money order or cashier check for the total amount due to:

Payments for the upcoming reunion activities can be made by Zelle to the family reunion account under email address pittmanfamily1964@gmail.com. When making your payment please be sure to include the event and t-shirt information you are purchasing in the “What’s this payment for?” section.
We understand that some of you were unable to attend last year's picnic and dinner-dance due to illness. As a gesture of appreciation for your support, we are offering a 50% discount for you to join us this year. We hope this makes it easier for you to enjoy the event and we look forward to seeing you there!
In light of the current economic climate and our desire to make attendance more accessible, we have decided to waive late payment fees this year.
